SIDDHARTH AGARWAL CLASSES

“Siddharth Agarwal Classes” is a registered trademark of “Siddharth & Vikash Classes LLP”. No person is authorized to use it anywhere except with prior permission.
In this Agreement, Terms & Conditions, the words “Siddharth Agarwal Classes” shall mean “Siddharth & Vikash Classes LLP” unless the context otherwise suggests.

The entire study from Home facility provided by Siddharth Agarwal Classes is for SINGLE USER, SINGLE LAPTOP/MOBILE ONLY.

1. Video Classes Licence Agreement:
1) Siddharth Agarwal Classes Video Content is sold for single user/customer to be used in a single Laptop or Mobile only i.e. single device. No sharing of video content in a group in any manner is allowed as per this agreement.
2) No external Transfer of video content to any other device is allowed in this agreement and shall be restricted to Laptop/Mobile only.
3) No external recording of video content by screen recording application or using external camera or by any means is allowed in this agreement.
4) Breach of this agreement leads to complete block of video classes and lawful action under the Copyright Act, 1957 and penalty as well as imprisonment upto 3 years.
5) The entire study at Home facility provided by Siddharth Agarwal Classes is for Single User, Single Mobile/Laptop Only.
6) Books are not sold separately. In case the books are lost by the student or misplaced by him/her, then another set of books shall not be provided to the student under any circumstances.

Copyright:
1) The Content is copyrighted and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. The Content shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Siddharth Agarwal Classes. Use of the Content is licensed, not sold, pursuant to the terms of this License Agreement. Use of the Content without agreeing to this License Agreement, or a breach of these License Agreement terms, is copyright infringement.
2) Siddharth Agarwal Classes grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the Content only as provided in this License Agreement. Unauthorised copying, re-recording, broadcasting, public performance, hiring or rental of this recording in whatever manner is strictly prohibited under the Indian Piracy Law & Copyright Act of 1957.

Definition:
1) “Content” shall mean animations, templates, clipart, footage, graphics, music, sounds, and text regardless of whether the Content is obtained delivered via any Storage Media, or obtained from a Siddharth Agarwal Classes authorized distributor, together with all accompanying material.
2) “User” shall mean the individual, legal entity or agent entering into this license agreement or any employee or contractor of such individual, legal entity or agent that accesses the Content. All Users shall only use the Content in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Refund/Cancellation/Return/Replacement Policy:
Buyer/Student must carefully Read all Terms & Conditions; Product Details; Laptop/Mobile Configuration before taking admission. There will be no replacements /return/refunds after Admission process is complete. Students cannot exchange the Number of Views after Admission. Once the Order is Placed, Cancellation of order is not possible.

3. Strict Action – Class Deactivation:
Siddharth & Vikash Classes LLP reserves the absolute right to block the classes in following case:-
1. The Viewer, Student, Buyer engages in breaching the copyright clause as mentioned above.
2. The Viewer, Student, Buyer shares the class with other Viewer, Student, Buyer.
3. The Viewer, Student, Buyer maligns our reputation in any manner.
4. The Viewer, Student, Buyer is behaving insolently/rudely with the Teacher, Franchise or Support Staff.

4. Course Activation Time Limit:
1. Classes must be activated within 3 months from the date of purchase.
2. Course validity of 4/6/7 months will only start from date of course activation.
3. Classes are provided with 1.2/1.5 times video play time for each video classes. Please check the details of views/play time listed on the product itself.

5. Course Re-Activation:
Buyer/Student can request for course reactivation with following terms & conditions:
1. Our video classes are provided with 1-time free activation of video classes.
2. Reactivation of course from 1 Laptop/Mobile to another, or formatting of same Laptop/Mobile due to some reason or using activation code on wrong desktop or mac laptop/pc and many more case.
Note: The Activation Serial Key has a cost of 500/-. In this case, we do help our buyers/Students in reactivating their course on same or different laptop/mobile at a cost 500/- to be paid by the buyer/student.
3. Course reactivation doesn’t mean renewal of no. of views or renewal of video play time of classes. No extra views or play time is provided for your video classes in reactivation.
Note: There is no option to renew no. of views or play time of video classes. In this case, you have to purchase new course at our website (www.siddharthagarwalclasses.com).

6. Technical Assistance:
Student can avail technical assistance in the following manner:-
1. Visit our Calcutta Center (if he/she is a Calcutta Student).
2. Visit our Franchise Center (if he/she is a Franchise Student).

7. Fees & Discount:
Fees Structure and Discounts are changed for time to time depending on Product customization, Market Conditions, and other relevant factors. Students are charged based on the prevailing fees on the date of admission.
We have ZERO-Discount Policy other than what is already offered by us. Our Franchises are not allowed to give any special discount from their end. We try to keep same Fees & Discount structure across the country. Differential Pricing policy is discouraged.

8. Promotional Offers/Change in Product Attributes:
Time to time, promotional offers are given for different subjects or the Product Attributes are changed such as changes in fees, number of views, validity period, number of books, colour of books, New Version Launched, Live Batches, Live Virtual Batches, etc. Such Promotional offers and change in product attributes are applicable with prospective effect i.e. for students who availed the offer after it is hosted on the website. It does not become applicable to previous students and they cannot claim it.
